Each shelf is box-formed and reinforced with a tubular welded box beam on both the front and rear, delivering the rigidity needed for loaded bins, power tools, parts totes, and hardware inventory. Hallowell’s exclusive triple-bend side flanges add even more strength, helping resist shelf twist and deflection when the unit is loaded to capacity.

This shelving is designed for real organization, not chaos. The shelf tops are punched to accept shelf dividers, so you can cleanly separate SKUs, parts, and tool categories—ideal for check-in/check-out tool cribs and inventory control.

Assembly is efficient: each shelf installs using only four shelf clips, and shelves adjust independently on 1-1/2" centers, letting you fine-tune spacing for tool cases, parts bins, or larger equipment. The system is also compatible with beaded front and angled back posts and can be integrated with T-posts and H-posts for longer runs and future expansion.
