Hallowell Rivetwell Boltless High-Capacity Shelving System – 5 Levels, Adjustable, Up to 2,300 lb Capacity

Hallowell Rivetwell boltless shelving is a heavy-duty, high-capacity storage system built for fast assembly and flexible reconfiguration. Boltless rivet-style connections eliminate the need for tools or hardware during setup and allow shelf levels to be repositioned in 1-1/2" increments as storage needs change. All-side access keeps product flow open from any direction, making it well suited to warehouses, stockrooms, maintenance areas, and production support spaces.

Each unit includes five shelf levels. Shelves are center-supported to increase per-shelf capacity up to 2,300 lb on the 36" wide, 18" deep models, with capacity varying by width and depth across the lineup. Four widths (36", 48", 60", and 96"), three depths (18", 24", and 36"), and two heights (84" and 96") produce 16 models total.

All shelf capacities are rated for evenly distributed loads. Concentrated or point loads reduce effective capacity.

Selecting the Right Configuration:

♦ Shelf width is determined by the footprint of the largest item stored and the available floor space for the unit. Narrower widths (36" and 48") suit tighter spaces and carry the highest per-shelf capacity ratings. Wider widths (60", 72", and 96") accommodate longer items or provide more face width for multiple pick positions per shelf level, at somewhat lower per-shelf ratings.

♦ Shelf depth is determined by the depth of the largest stored item. The 18" depth handles standard cartons and smaller parts. The 24" depth suits deeper bins, larger tooling, or boxed goods that would overhang shallower shelves. The 36" depth is available on the 72" and 96" wide models for very deep or oversized items.

♦ Height selection depends on ceiling clearance and the number of shelf levels needed. Both heights provide five adjustable levels. The 96" height adds approximately one shelf spacing of additional clearance at the top level compared to the 84" unit.
