The Hallowell 4710-12 Hi-Tech 5-Shelf Stockroom Shelving is a dependable, industrial-grade shelving solution designed for daily use in busy storage environments. With a wider 48" shelf span and a space-saving 12" depth, it’s a strong fit for stockrooms, warehouses, maintenance areas, parts departments, and back-of-house storage where you need durable shelving that stays rigid and organized over time.
Each heavy-duty steel shelf is reinforced with a tubular welded box beam (front and rear) for strength and sag resistance. Hallowell’s exclusive triple-bend side flanges add rigidity, while lapped and welded corners reinforce high-stress areas for long service life. Shelves are punched to accept shelf dividers for cleaner organization (dividers sold separately if applicable). Assembly is straightforward—each shelf installs using only four shelf clips. The open starter frame features beaded front posts, angled back posts, and sway bracing for stability.
This is an open starter unit, designed to begin a row. Add—on units are used to extend the run (if applicable to your setup).
