Jamco FM-Series Manual-Closed Flammable Safety Cabinets | 90 and 120 Gallon

Jamco FM-Series manual-close flammable safety cabinets are the high-capacity counterpart to the BM-Series, covering 90 and 120-gallon storage requirements in a manual-close two-door format. Double-wall steel construction limits heat transfer to the stored contents, flame-arrester vents prevent external ignition sources from reaching the cabinet interior, and a built-in spill-containment sump captures leaks and drips before they reach the floor. The 3-point locking handle secures the cabinet between uses. FM-approved and compliant with OSHA and NFPA flammable liquid storage requirements.

Both models are 34" deep and 70" high with 2 adjustable shelves. The FM90 is 43" wide; the FM120 is 59" wide. Both use manual-close doors.

♦ Capacity: 90 vs. 120 gallons. The FM90 suits facilities with a defined high-volume flammable liquid inventory that falls within the 90-gallon limit at a single storage position. The FM120 is the largest manual-close flammable cabinet in the Jamco lineup and accommodates the highest single-position storage volume available in this series. Both models are rated at the per-cabinet capacity limits established by OSHA 1910.106 and NFPA 30. For a single storage cabinet, verify that the selected capacity does not exceed the allowable storage volume for the specific storage location and occupancy type.

♦ FM-Series vs. BM-Series at 90 and 120 gallons, both series are manual-close with FM approval and OSHA/NFPA compliance. The BM90 and BM120 cover the same capacities at lower list prices. Verify with CustomMHS what specification or certification differences distinguish the FM-Series from the BM-Series at these capacities before selecting between them.

♦ FM-Series models include 2 adjustable shelves for organizing containers by type, size, or use frequency within the cabinet. The large interior volume at these capacities accommodates drums, 5-gallon containers, and multiple smaller containers on the same shelf.
