The Vestil HYD-5-EP Hefti-Lift Stacker is a manual, foot-pumped stacker designed for longer loads that require controlled lifting and accurate positioning without power. The “EP” configuration adds a longer 23" x 40" platform and 40" forks, making it a strong fit for parts, containers, and fixtures that overhang shorter decks.
The manual hydraulic foot pump delivers 3/4" of platform travel per stroke, giving operators smooth, incremental height adjustments for repeatable positioning throughout the 4-1/2" to 44" service range. A non-slip chain supports accurate deck positioning, helping keep lifts stable and predictable during use.
For mobility and control, the HYD-5-EP rolls on poly-on-steel casters (two rigid, two swivel) and includes a foot-operated brake to hold the unit in place while lifting or staging. The unit is built for long service life with welded steel construction and chrome platform uprights.
Need fork-style handling? The platform is removable, allowing the stacker to be used in operations that require forks—making it more versatile than platform-only lift units.
