The Vestil HYD-5 Hefti-Lift Stacker is a rugged, manually powered solution for lifting and positioning loads when you need control, reliability, and zero dependence on electricity. It’s built for shops, warehouses, and maintenance areas that need stacker-style capability for handling non-palletized loads, fixtures, and equipment.
A manual hydraulic foot pump delivers 3/4" of platform travel per stroke, giving operators smooth, incremental lift for precise positioning. For mobility and control, the HYD-5 rolls on poly-on-steel casters (two rigid, two swivel) and includes a foot-operated brake to keep the unit locked in place during lifting, loading, or staging.
Built for long service life, this unit features welded steel construction with chrome platform uprights. The platform is removable, allowing use in applications that require fork operations, making the HYD-5 more flexible than platform only stackers. A non-slip chain supports accurate deck positioning, helping maintain stability and control while raising or lowering loads.
