The Vestil PEL-400S-57-D3 DC Powered Steel Quick Lift is built for faster material positioning with less manual strain. With push-button-powered lifting and a 400-lb uniform capacity, it is a strong fit for stocking, kitting, maintenance, and light manufacturing tasks where loads need to be raised and staged repeatedly throughout the shift.
This model combines a rugged steel frame with a baked-on powder-coat finish for long-term durability in demanding work areas. The high-density polyethylene platform provides a clean, low-maintenance surface, and the 9 in horizontal load center supports stable handling during lifting.
Designed to maneuver in tight spaces, the unit's low-profile footprint allows it to work in narrow aisles and confined areas. Unlike smaller PEL models, the PEL-400 configuration features rigid front wheels and swivel-rear wheels with locks, providing steadier tracking and controlled positioning under heavier loads.
Power comes from a DC system with two 12V AGM batteries and an onboard 115V AC charger, keeping the lift ready for daily use. Optional upgrades include a detachable handheld control for remote operation and programmable height indexing, which presets multiple working heights at the touch of a button. Custom end attachments are also available for specialized applications.
