The Vestil PEL-88A-D3 DC Powered Aluminum Quick Lift is a lightweight, battery-powered solution for fast, precise movement and positioning of parts in tight work areas. Push-button lifting reduces manual handling and speeds up repetitive tasks like kitting, packing, and light assembly.
Its low-profile design is made for narrow aisles and confined spaces, and the high-density polyethylene platform offers a durable, low-maintenance surface for daily use. A 9 in horizontal load center supports stable lifting, while poly casters, two swivel and two swivel-locking, allow tight turns and secure positioning when you stop.
The DC power system uses two 12V AGM batteries and includes an onboard 115V AC charger, keeping the unit ready for shift work. Lift speeds are quick, even under load, making this model a strong choice when operators need frequent height changes without slowing down. Optional upgrades include a detachable handheld control for remote operation and programmable height indexing to preset working heights at the touch of a button.
