WireCrafters Pallet Rack Guarding Safety Panel 10' Wide x 4' High

WireCrafters RackBack pallet rack backing panels add a wire mesh barrier to the rear of pallet rack bays. The panel bolts directly to existing uprights, forming a stable backstop behind stored pallets and cartons. Model BACK104 measures 10 feet wide by 4 feet high and is built for rack bays, using 120-inch-wide beams. The open mesh design provides visibility for inventory checks and allows sprinkler water to penetrate. Each panel weighs 45 pounds and comes in a standard gray finish.

Why Use This Product and How It Helps Operations

Pallet rack guarding safety panels help reduce the risk of products falling into aisles and work zones. RackBack panels support safer warehouse operations by limiting load shift behind active rack bays. This added rear barrier can reduce damage to lift trucks, conveyors, and adjacent storage areas. Installation is straightforward because the panels bolt to existing uprights without modifying beam levels. For freight coordination, palletizing is charged at $90.00 per 1,000 pounds.

Standard sized panels 4'-0" or 5'-0" high, match beam length in width. Panels made of 2" x 2" x 10 gauge welded wire mesh. Flat steel stiffeners welded behind mesh for extra rigidity. Pallet Rack Backing Panels attach directly to rack with mounting brackets. Offset brackets allow for load to overhang rack beams. Stack RackBack® panels one on top of the other to reach desired height. Angle frame design gives installer clear access to hardware, speeding installation. Assembly hardware is inaccessible from the exterior of the partition. Standard 3/8" assembly hardware is the heaviest in the industry. RackBack® Pallet Rack Backing System may be started at the floor or at any level where protection is required. Pallet rack backing panels can be mounted to support posts-if stand alone system desired. Heavier options available.
