Pro-Line Pop-Up Ball Transfer Workbench – ESD Laminate Top

The Pro-Line Pop-Up Ball Transfer Workbench with ESD Work Surface assists in the transfer and positioning of materials during production. Ball transfers raise 0.250 inches above the surface when a pneumatic toggle switch is activated, allowing work in process to be slid onto the station. Once the load is in position, the ball transfers retract, and the load is stabilized. Standard workbenches require 80 PSI of shop air to operate.

Retractable ball transfer stations are available in half- or full-length surface coverage, with two ball-pattern options: a standard 6" x 6" pattern and a heavy-duty 3" x 6" pattern. The modular design allows for the mounting of optional accessories. Stations feature an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) top, and heavy-duty 2-inch-square tubular legs provide stability. Leg extenders allow surface height to be set from 30" to 36". Each bench is furnished with a top, legs, and pop-up balls.

Ball pattern and density options: Standard Density (SD) uses a 6" x 6" pattern, while High Density (HD) uses a 3" x 6" pattern. Half Coverage (HC) allocates retracting balls to one half of the work surface, while Full Coverage (FC) populates the entire surface with balls.
