Strong Hold Combination Drawer Storage Cabinet

Strong Hold 7-Drawer Combination Storage Cabinets | Drawers, Shelves, and Hanging Rod
Strong Hold 7-drawer combination storage cabinets integrate three storage types in a single all-welded 12-gauge steel unit: seven heavy-duty drawers for organized small-tool and parts storage, adjustable shelves for larger equipment and supplies, and a hanger rod for coats, uniforms, and PPE. This three-way combination is the most storage-dense format in the Strong Hold combination cabinet lineup and suits skilled trades workers and maintenance technicians who need all three storage functions at one position rather than a separate tool chest, storage cabinet, and locker.
Construction throughout is 12-gauge steel with 8-gauge hinges, a cast aluminum bronze alloy 3-point locking handle, and an integrated padlock hasp. Ships fully assembled. Three widths (36", 48", 60") in two heights (66" and 78") are available, all 24" deep.

Selecting the Right Cabinet:
♦ Width: The 36"-wide model is the most compact and suits a single-person workstation or tight bay positions. The 48"-wide models provide more lateral space across all three sections. The 60"-wide model is the widest available and provides the most drawer, shelf, and hanger space per cabinet.
♦ Height, 66" vs. 78": The 66"-high model (45-W-242-7DB, 48" wide only) includes 2 shelves. The 78"-high models include 3 shelves. Choose the 66"- high model when overhead clearance constraints or installation position preclude a taller unit. Choose the 78" height when the maximum shelf positions are needed.
♦ 7 drawers vs. standard combination cabinets: The standard Strong Hold combination cabinet (W-series without "7DB") provides shelves and a hanger rod but no drawers. This 7-drawer combination is the appropriate selection when organized drawer storage for small tools, parts, fasteners, and consumables is required in addition to the hanging and shelving sections. If drawers are not needed, the standard combination cabinet at a lower price point is the appropriate alternative.
♦ 8-gauge hinges and cast bronze alloy handle: The same premium hardware as the Strong Hold Extreme Duty series and counter-height see-through cabinets. This specification suits environments where the cabinet will be opened and loaded heavily daily and where hinge wear and handle failure are concerns with standard-spec cabinets.
♦ Padlock hasp on 3-point lock: Dual-lock capability is included. The padlock hasp allows a separately keyed padlock to be added, providing two independent locking mechanisms and supporting environments where dual-lock access control is required for stored tools and supplies.
Where Commonly Used:
♦ Skilled Trades Workstations, machinists, tool and die workers, electricians, and other skilled trades personnel who need a full day's worth of organized hand tools in drawers, larger equipment on shelves, and work clothing or PPE on the hanger rod all in one locked cabinet at their primary work position, benefit from this three-function format.
♦ Maintenance Technician Home Base: maintenance technicians responsible for multiple machines or zones who need their full tool kit organized by category in the drawers, spare parts and supplies on the shelves, and their coveralls or safety vests on the hanger rod, in a single locked cabinet that functions as their complete work base.
♦ Fleet and Vehicle Service Operations, service technicians who work across multiple vehicles or equipment types, store their organized tool sets in the drawers, larger specialty tools and equipment on the shelves, and issued coveralls or shop coats on the hanger rod, without needing a separate rolling tool chest and storage cabinet.
♦ Quality Control and Inspection Stations, QC technicians who use a large set of precision instruments stored by type in organized drawers alongside calibration references on the shelves and a lab coat or cleanroom garment on the hanger rod benefit from the organized, secured format this cabinet provides.
♦ Shift-Ready Tool Stations, environments where workers begin a shift by pulling from an organized, fully stocked cabinet -- with every tool, supply, and garment in its assigned position, benefit from the drawer organization and accountability structure this cabinet imposes on tool storage.
