MFG Industrial Fiberglass Assembly Tray - Model 305001

This tray features a low-profile design and radial edges, enabling easy integration with conveyor transport and assembly operations across various applications.

♦  Outside Top: 21-7/8" long x 16" wide x 1" tall. 
♦  Inside Bottom: 20-3/8" long x 14-3/8" wide x 3/4" tall.
♦  Composite construction enables these trays to be used continuously at temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and intermittently at temperatures up to 300° F.
♦  They are resistant to cutting oils, greases, radiation, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH of 3.0 – 10.0.
♦  Can be readily integrated into automated systems
♦  Low profile and radius edges facilities used with conveyors and racks
♦  Exceptional temperature compatibility

Four-corner profiles are available to integrate with rack systems and conveyors or for nesting or stacking capabilities. Their dimensional stability and light weight ensure easy transporting and handling.
