Logitrans ELFRA 1001 Adjustable Box Holder Rotator

The Logitrans ELFRA 1001 is a powered lift stacker with an integrated rotating tilting attachment designed for operations that must access the contents of boxes, crates, and containers at working height without manual tipping. The rotator tilts loads beyond 90 degrees, bringing contents to an ergonomic access angle and reducing bending and back strain during repeated picking, sorting, kitting, and transfer tasks throughout a shift.

The adjustable box holder accommodates box widths from 31.5" to 48" and is adjusted via a handle without tools, allowing one unit to handle multiple container sizes without reconfiguration downtime. Fork-over construction (22" or 27" wide x 49" long forks) provides stable engagement of open-entry palletized loads. Lift is powered; push travel is manual. Capacity is 2,200 lbs across all five height configurations.

♦ ELFRA 1001-75, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Maximum lift height 75". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at the greatest lift height in the lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Lifting height, 36" to 75", select based on the ergonomically comfortable working height for content access in the operation. The tilt function is most effective when the box is positioned so the opening faces the operator at a comfortable working height, typically between 36" and 55", depending on operator height. The 63" and 75" models are suited for work positioning above standing waist height, or when the box is tilted downward and the target height accounts for the tilt angle.

♦ Fork width, 22" or 27", specify at time of order. Both widths use the same 49" fork length. Select based on the pallet or crate base entry opening in the operation.

♦ Box holder width range, 31.5"–48", the adjustable box holder covers this range. Verify that the boxes and crates in the operation fall within this width. For loads wider than 48", the ELFRA 1001 is not appropriate -- contact CustomMHS at 866-333-0728 to discuss alternatives.

♦ Tilt beyond 90 degrees, the tilt function rotates the box holder and load past the vertical, directing the box opening downward or toward the operator for controlled content transfer. This is particularly useful for unloading contents into bins or onto surfaces below the box without lifting or repositioning the box.
