Logitrans ELFRA 1001 Rotator with Adjustable Box Holder

The Logitrans ELFRA 1001 is a powered lift-and-push rotator built for operations that need to tilt, tip, or rotate boxes and crates to access their contents at a comfortable working angle. The adjustable box holders accommodate box widths from 31.5" to 48" and are set up quickly with a single handle, without tools, allowing a single unit to work across multiple container sizes in the same facility.

The ELFRA 1001 tilts loads beyond 90 degrees while maintaining a 2,200 lb rated capacity. Electric lift raises and lowers the load to working height between 36" and 75", depending on the model. Two fork width options are available (22" and 27"). Fork-over construction supports stable engagement with standard pallets, open-bottom pallets, and skids.

Five models are available, all sharing the same fork length and capacity. The only difference between them is the maximum lift height.

How a Box Rotator Improves Operations:

Operations that fill, empty, sort, or inspect the contents of crates and boxes typically require operators to bend repeatedly to reach lower in the container as it empties. A rotator eliminates that problem by tilting the load to bring contents within reach at a consistent working height throughout the cycle. This reduces back and shoulder strain, speeds access during picking and kitting tasks, and improves accuracy when contents need careful inspection or sorting. For operations that handle multiple container sizes, the adjustable box holder on the ELFRA 1001 eliminates the need for multiple specialized tools or manual repositioning between box types.

Choosing the Right Fork Width:

♦ 22" wide forks suit standard pallet entry widths and most general warehouse and production applications.
♦ 27" wide forks provide additional lateral support for wider loads or applications where extra stability during rotation is a priority. If your containers are on the wider end of the 31.5" to 48" range, the 27" forks may be the better choice.

Choosing the Right Lift Height:

All five ELFRA 1001 models carry 2,200 lbs to their full rated height. Select based on the working height that best matches your operators' ergonomic needs and the height of any downstream conveyors, workbenches, or receiving stations.

♦ ELFRA 1001-36 -- 36" maximum lift height. Floor-level to standard work surface transfer. Best for operators working at standard table height.
♦ ELFRA 1001-47 -- 47" maximum lift height. Mid-height access, elevated workbenches, or conveyor infeed.
♦ ELFRA 1001-55 -- 55" maximum lift height. Upper mid-height for taller workstations or elevated staging.
♦ ELFRA 1001-63 -- 63" maximum lift height. Tall workstations or operations requiring rotation access at above-standard height.
♦ ELFRA 1001-75 -- 75" maximum lift height. Maximum reach in the ELFRA 1001 range. Best for operations requiring rotation access at the greatest height, such as feeding overhead conveyors or elevated discharge points.
