Logitrans ELFS 1201 Electric Logiflex Straddle Leg Stacker

Logitrans ELFS 1201 Electric Logiflex Straddle Legs Stacker – Ergonomic & Versatile Material Handling
The Logitrans ELFS 1201 is a battery-powered lift, manual push stacker with a straddle leg design, built for facilities that need heavy-capacity electric stacking across all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets.
The straddle legs extend on either side of the pallet base rather than passing over the deck, giving the ELFS 1201 the same broad pallet compatibility as the standard ELFS 1001 Series. Electric lift raises loads at the push of a button across four height options from 35" to 62". Rounded corners protect surrounding equipment and surfaces during transport in tight aisles and work cells.
Four models are available, all sharing the same fork dimensions and capacity. The only difference is the maximum lift height. Choose based on the highest point you need to reach.

Straddle Leg Design -- Pallet Compatibility:
The ELFS 1201 uses a straddle leg design, meaning the outrigger legs straddle the outside of the pallet base. This allows it to handle all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets, block pallets, and standard four-way entry pallets. The pallet compatibility image on this page shows supported configurations.
Choosing the Right Lift Height:
All four ELFS 1201 models carry the same rated capacity to their full listed height. Select based on the highest point you need to reach.
♦ ELFS 1201-35 -- 35" max lift height -- Floor to standard work surface. Low staging and ergonomic positioning tasks.
♦ ELFS 1201-46 -- 46" max lift height -- Single-level racking, elevated workbenches, or conveyor infeed above standard height.
♦ ELFS 1201-54 -- 54" max lift height -- Mid-level racking in standard warehouse and production configurations.
♦ ELFS 1201-62 -- 62" max lift height -- Upper single-level racking or elevated staging platforms. Maximum reach in this series.
If there is any chance you will need to reach higher than your current configuration, select the next model up. If you need to reach heights above 62" with a straddle-leg design, the ELFS 1001 Series covers heights up to 128". ELFS 1201 vs. ELFS 1001 -- Which Series Is Right for Your Operation?
Both use a straddle leg design with identical pallet compatibility and electric lift with manual push. The differences are capacity, fork width, and height range.
♦ ELFS 1001 Series -- 2,200 lb capacity, 6.5" wide forks, seven lift heights up to 128". Best for lighter loads or operations requiring greater height reach.
♦ ELFS 1201 Series -- Higher-rated capacity, narrower forks, four lift heights up to 62". Best for heavier loads where the taller height range of the 1001 Series is not needed.
If your loads regularly exceed the ELFS 1001 capacity rating and your racking or staging is within 62" high, the ELFS 1201 is the correct choice. If you need to reach above 62", the ELFS 1001 Series is the appropriate selection.
