The Logitrans ELFS 1201 Series is a battery-powered electric lift, manual push straddle legs stacker for heavy-capacity pallet handling across all pallet types. The straddle leg design allows the 4" wide forks to slide under pallet decks without requiring open fork entry points, making the ELFS 1201 compatible with all pallet configurations: standard four-way pallets, closed-bottom pallets, block pallets, and skids.

At 3,000 lb rated capacity, the ELFS 1201 handles significantly heavier loads than the ELFS 1001 Series (2,200 lb), making it the appropriate choice when load weight is the primary selection driver. The trade-off is maximum lift height: the ELFS 1201 reaches 62", compared to the ELFS 1001's 128". For operations where a 62" maximum height is sufficient and a 3,000 lb capacity is needed, the ELFS 1201 is the correct model.

The ergonomic handle is designed for a comfortable grip during maneuvering. Rounded corners minimize contact damage to surroundings, pallets, and goods. Adjustable settings accommodate individual users. Four lift heights are available, all with a 3,000 lb capacity.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Maximum lift height: 35", 46", 54", or 62"; all four models maintain 3,000 lb capacity. Select based on the highest rack position or the required stacking height. If in doubt, choose the taller model.

♦ ELFS 1201 (3,000 lb, up to 62") vs. ELFS 1001 (2,200 lb, up to 128"); both series use straddle legs and handle all pallet types. The 1201 is the correct choice when 3,000 lb capacity is needed, and 62" maximum height is sufficient. The 1001 is the correct choice when a greater height (up to 128") is needed, and a 2,200 lb capacity is adequate. 

♦ Fork width: The ELFS 1201 uses 4" wide forks, the narrowest of any Logitrans stacker. This narrow profile allows engagement of pallets with minimal deck clearance. Verify that the 4" fork width is compatible with the pallet type before ordering. For pallets with wider deck openings, the ELFS 1001 (6.5" wide forks) provides a broader fork spread.

♦ Straddle legs vs. fork-over design, the ELFS 1201 straddle design accommodates all pallet types, including closed-bottom. The ELF Series fork-over design does not engage closed-bottom pallets. Choose the ELFS 1201 when closed-bottom pallets or pallet type uncertainty is a factor.
