The Logitrans Logiflex Self-Mini is a compact, fully powered walkie stacker with both powered lift and powered drive, designed for light handling tasks in smaller storage areas, retail backrooms, and environments where a standard full-size walkie stacker is too large to maneuver effectively. At 2,200 lb capacity with fork-over 22" wide x 45" long forks, it handles standard open-bottom pallets in the spaces where compactness and maneuverability are the primary equipment constraints.

The low overall height improves operator sightlines during operation. Rounded corners minimize the risk of impact damage to surrounding shelving, product, and pallets. The handle is adjustable to the individual user's height and features an ergonomic grip designed to reduce operator strain. The fork-over design means the forks ride over the pallet deck boards, and the unit straddles the pallet legs. This stacker is compatible with open-entry pallets but not with solid-deck pallets without pallet entry openings. Verify pallet compatibility before ordering.

Two models are available, identical in all specifications except maximum lift height.

Models and Specifications:

♦ Self Mini-1003-65 (verify model number with Logitrans), 22" W, 45" L fork-over forks. Capacity 2,200 lbs. Maximum lift height 65". Same specification as the 36" model at a greater maximum lift height. Choose when rack positions exceed 36" in height.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Maximum lift height: 36" or 65"; select based on the highest rack position or stacking requirement in the facility. The 36" model is suited for single-level low-rack or floor-level stacking in retail and light warehouse environments. The 65" model extends to rack positions and stacking heights not reachable by the 36" model.

♦ Fork-over design and pallet compatibility: the Logiflex Self-Mini uses a fork-over design where the forks ride over the pallet deck boards. The unit requires open-entry pallets with accessible pallet leg openings on the side being entered. Solid-deck pallets, closed-bottom pallets, and pallets without an adequate entry opening width are incompatible. Confirm pallet type before ordering.

♦ Logiflex Self-Mini vs. standard powered walkie stackers: the Self-Mini is compact and low-profile, designed for tight spaces and lighter tasks. For higher capacity (up to 3,300 lb) and greater reach (up to 130"), the Logitrans ELF and ELFS series provide more capability at a larger overall footprint. Choose the Self-Mini when the compact form factor and ease of maneuvering in restricted spaces are the primary requirements.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Retail Backroom and Stockroom Stacking, retail stockroom operations stacking and retrieving palletized product in back-of-house areas with limited aisle width and low ceiling heights, use the Self-Mini for compact powered lift and drive that a full-size walkie stacker cannot provide in the available space.

♦ Small Warehouse and Storage Facility Light-Duty Stacking, smaller warehouses and storage facilities handling light-to-medium weight palletized loads at modest rack heights use the Self-Mini as a cost-effective fully powered stacker for facilities that don't require the capacity or reach of the ELF or ELFS series.

♦ Display and Merchandising Area Stacking, retail and distribution operations stack display-ready palletized product in showroom-adjacent or on-floor storage areas, and use the Self-Mini for its compact footprint, rounded corners, and low-profile design that reduce the risk of product and fixture damage during operation.
