Logitrans Battery-Powered Logiflex Self-Mini Stacker – Compact & Ergonomic Material Handling

The Logitrans Self-Mini is a fully powered walkie stacker with both electric lift and electric drive. It is built for light handling tasks in smaller storage areas, retail backrooms, and operations where a full-size powered stacker is too large or too expensive for the workload.

The low overall height improves operator visibility when maneuvering in tight aisles, and rounded corners protect surrounding shelving, racking, and goods during movement. The ergonomic handle supports a relaxed grip, and the compact footprint makes it practical in spaces where larger equipment cannot operate effectively.

Two models are available, both sharing 22" wide x 45" long forks and 2,200 lb capacity. The only difference is the maximum lift height. Select based on the highest point you need to reach.

Fork-Over Design -- Pallet Compatibility:

The Self-Mini uses a fork-over design, meaning the forks pass over the top of the pallet deck. This works with standard four-way pallets, open-bottom pallets, and skids. It does not handle closed-bottom pallets. The pallet compatibility image on this page shows supported configurations.

Choosing the Right Lift Height:

♦ Self Mini-1003-36 -- 36" maximum lift height. Best for floor-to-work-surface transfers, feeding low conveyors or workbenches, and single-level racking up to approximately 36". Lowest-cost entry point in the Self-Mini range.
♦ Self Mini-1003-65 -- 65" maximum lift height. Best for single-level racking, elevated shelving, or staging platforms above standard working height. If there is any chance you will need to reach above 36" now or in the future, this model is the better investment.

Self-Mini vs. ELF Series -- Which Fully Powered Stacker Is Right for You?

Both the Self-Mini and the ELF 1001 Series are electric lift-and-drive stackers with fork-over designs. The key differences are height range and price.

♦ Self-Mini -- Two height options up to 65". Lower price point. Built specifically for smaller facilities, lighter workloads, and tight spaces where a compact footprint is a priority.
♦ ELF 1001 Series -- Five height options up to 130". Wider height range for facilities needing to reach higher racking. Better suited for larger warehouses and higher-frequency stacking operations.

If your ceiling height and racking stay within 65" and your workload is light to moderate, the Self-Mini is the right fit. If you need to reach above 65" or operate in a higher-throughput environment, the ELF 1001 Series is the right fit.
