Logitrans ELFSRA 1001 Rotator with Adjustable Box Holder and Straddle Legs – Ergonomic & Efficient Material Handling

The Logitrans ELFSRA 1001 is a powered lift, manual push rotator with adjustable box holders and a straddle leg design. It is the straddle-leg counterpart to the ELFRA 1001 fork-over rotator, offering the same adjustable rotation capability across box widths from 31.5" to 48" with broader pallet compatibility.

The straddle legs extend on either side of the pallet base rather than the forks passing over the deck, allowing the ELFSRA 1001 to engage all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets that fork-over rotators cannot handle. Box holder width is set quickly via a handle with no tools required. The unit tilts loads beyond 90 degrees while maintaining a 2,200-lb rated capacity, keeping contents within comfortable reach at any point during the filling, emptying, or sorting cycle.

Two fork width options are available (22" and 27"). Five models cover lift heights from 36" to 75", all sharing the same fork length and 2,200 lb capacity. The only difference between models is the maximum lift height. Prices are listed by manufacturer model number for easy comparison with competitors.

Straddle Leg Design -- Pallet Compatibility:

The ELFSRA 1001 uses a straddle leg design, meaning the outrigger legs straddle the outside of the pallet base. This allows it to engage all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets, block pallets, and standard four-way entry pallets. The pallet compatibility image on this page shows supported configurations.

ELFSRA 1001 vs. ELFRA 1001 -- Which Rotator Is Right for Your Operation?

Both models are powered lifts, manual push rotators with identical adjustable box holder specifications (31.5" to 48" range), the same fork length (49"), the same two fork width options (22" and 27"), and the same lift height range (36" to 75"). The difference is leg design, pallet compatibility, and price.

♦ ELFRA 1001 (Fork Over) -- Forks pass over the pallet deck. Works with standard, open-bottom, and skid pallets. Does not handle closed-bottom pallets. Lower price point.
♦ ELFSRA 1001 (Straddle Legs) -- Legs straddle the pallet base. Handles all pallet types including closed-bottom. Higher price point.

If your facility uses only open-bottom or standard pallets, the ELFRA 1001 is the more cost-effective choice. If you handle closed-bottom pallets or want maximum pallet versatility, the ELFSRA 1001 is the correct selection.

Choosing the Right Lift Height:

All five ELFSRA 1001 models carry 2,200 lbs to their full rated height. Select based on the working height that best fits your operators and downstream workstations.

♦ ELFSRA 1001-36 -- 36" maximum lift height. Floor to standard work surface. Best for operators working at standard table height.
♦ ELFSRA 1001-47 -- 47" maximum lift height. Mid-height access for elevated workbenches or conveyor infeed.
♦ ELFSRA 1001-55 -- 55" maximum lift height. Upper mid-height for taller workstations or elevated staging areas.
♦ ELFSRA 1001-63 -- 63" maximum lift height. Tall workstations or operations requiring rotation access above standard height.
♦ ELFSRA 1001-75 -- 75" maximum lift height. Maximum reach in the ELFSRA 1001 range. Best for overhead conveyors or elevated discharge points.
