Logitrans ELFSRA 1001 Adjustable Box Holder Rotator with Straddle Legs | 2,200 lb, Tilts Beyond 90

The Logitrans ELFSRA 1001 is the straddle-leg version of the ELFRA 1001 box holder rotator. It provides the same rotating-tilting function for ergonomic content access but uses straddle legs instead of a fork-over construction. The straddle leg design accommodates all pallet types, including solid-deck, closed-bottom, and open-entry pallets, removing the pallet compatibility restriction of the fork-over ELFRA 1001.

As with the ELFRA 1001, the rotating attachment tilts boxes and crates beyond 90 degrees to provide ergonomic access to contents without bending or back strain. The adjustable box holder accommodates box widths from 31.5" to 48" via a handle, without tools, in a single adjustment. Fork size is 22" or 27" wide x 49" long (specify at order). Capacity is 2,200 lbs. Powered lift, manual push.

Models and Specifications:

♦ ELFSRA 1001-36, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks (specify at order). Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 36". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Powered lift, manual push. Rotating tilting attachment tilts beyond 90°. Adjustable box holder 31.5"–48" wide, tool-free handle adjustment.

♦ ELFSRA 1001-47, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 47". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification as ELFSRA 1001-36 at a greater lift height.

♦ ELFSRA 1001-55, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 55". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at greater lift height.

♦ ELFSRA 1001-63, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 63". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at greater lift height.

♦ ELFSRA 1001-75, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 75". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at the greatest lift height in the lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Lifting height, 36" to 75", select based on the working height needed for comfortable content access after tilting. The tilt function is most effective when the box opening faces the operator at a comfortable working height. All five models are otherwise identical.

♦ ELFSRA 1001 (straddle legs) vs. ELFRA 1001 (fork-over), the critical difference is pallet compatibility. The ELFRA 1001 uses fork-over construction, requiring open-entry pallets with accessible leg openings. Solid-deck pallets and closed-bottom containers are not compatible. The ELFSRA 1001 uses straddle legs that accommodate all pallet types, including solid-deck, closed-bottom, and custom base configurations. If the operation uses a mix of pallet types or exclusively solid-deck pallets, the ELFSRA 1001 is the appropriate choice. The ELFSRA 1001 models are priced higher than the corresponding ELFRA 1001 models.

♦ Fork width, 22" or 27", specify at time of order. Both widths use the same 49" fork length.

♦ Box holder width: 31.5"–48". Verify that all box and crate widths in the operation fall within this range. Loads wider than 48" are not compatible with this unit.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Mixed Pallet Type Operations, operations handling boxes on a variety of pallet types throughout the day, including solid-deck pallets, closed-bottom containers, and standard open-entry pallets, use the ELFSRA 1001 for consistent rotator access regardless of pallet base configuration, where the fork-over ELFRA 1001 would require segregating loads by pallet type.

♦ Assembly and Kitting on Solid-Deck Pallets, assembly and kitting operations supplying components in boxes on solid-deck pallets or non-standard base configurations use the ELFSRA 1001 to lift, position, and tilt containers at working height without requiring open-entry pallet compatibility.

♦ Inbound Receiving with Unknown Pallet Types, receiving and deconsolidation operations processing inbound freight on supplier-specified pallets of varying base types use the ELFSRA 1001 as a universal rotator that does not require sorting loads by pallet type before processing.

♦ Production Line Box Content Access on Custom Bases, production environments using proprietary skids or custom bases to transport boxed components to the line use the straddle-leg design for compatible lifting and tilting of boxes on any base configuration, including those incompatible with fork-over stackers.
