Logitrans Panther Maxi Fully Powered Pallet Truck

The Logitrans Panther Maxi is a fully powered walkie pallet truck with both powered propulsion and powered lift. The operator walks behind and steers while the unit self-propels and lifts hydraulically. This eliminates the operator effort required to push and maneuver heavy-loaded pallet trucks manually, making it suited for heavier loads and longer transport distances than a manual pallet truck can efficiently handle.

At 4,000 lb capacity, the Panther Maxi handles standard and heavy palletized loads in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and receiving areas where pallet transport distances, load weights, or daily cycle counts would make manual pallet truck operation physically demanding or impractical. 

Two configuration SKUs are available, one with a fixed 48" fork length and one with configurable fork lengths from 32" to 60". Both accept a choice of 20.5" or 27" wide forks.

♦ Panther Maxi-48, 20.5" or 27" W forks. 48" L forks. Capacity 4,000 lbs. Fully powered propulsion and lift. Specify fork width when ordering.

♦ Panther Maxi-32-60, 20.5" or 27" W forks. Fork length configurable: 32", 36", 38", 42", 45", or 60". Capacity 4,000 lbs. Fully powered propulsion and lift. Specify fork width and fork length when ordering.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Fork length, 48" (fixed) or configurable 32"–60", the Panther Maxi-48 is suited for standard GMA pallets and most applications where a 48" fork covers the pallet depth. The Panther Maxi-32-60 covers a wide range of non-standard fork lengths from short custom pallets (32"–45") to extended-reach applications (60"). Specify the required fork length at the time of order for the configurable model.

♦ Fork width, 20.5" or 27", both widths are available on both models. Select based on the pallet entry opening dimensions in the application. 

♦ Fully powered vs. manual pallet truck: all other pallet trucks in the CustomMHS catalog (Wesco, Bishamon, Lift Products, Logitrans standard manual models) require the operator to push and maneuver the loaded truck manually. The Panther Maxi self-propels, removing that physical demand. Choose the Panther Maxi when load weights, transport distances, or daily cycle counts make manual pushing impractical.

♦ Panther Maxi vs. Logitrans MXEM Powered Walkie Stacker, the Lift Products MXEM Powered Walkie Stacker (353_2864_2880_3840) is manually pushed with electric lift only. The Panther Maxi is fully powered in both propulsion and lift. For true powered drive pallet truck operation, the Panther Maxi is the appropriate choice.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ High-Volume Dock and Receiving Operations, receiving departments processing high volumes of inbound palletized freight per shift, use the Panther Maxi for powered pallet transport from dock to staging and storage positions where manual pushing of 4,000 lb loaded pallets over extended distances would cause operator fatigue or slow throughput.

♦ Long-Distance Intra-Facility Pallet Transport: facilities with long distances between receiving, production, and staging areas use the powered drive to transport 4,000-lb pallets across the facility without operator exertion, maintaining a consistent transport speed regardless of load weight or distance.

♦ Manufacturing and Production Floor Supply: Production floor supply operations replenish heavy raw material pallets to production work cells; use the Panther Maxi for powered transport of materials where manual handling would be impractical given the load weights or cycle frequencies involved.

♦ Distribution Center Palletized Load Movement: Distribution centers moving heavy palletized loads between zones, from pick faces to staging, or from inbound receiving to storage, use the Panther Maxi for reliable powered transport that reduces physical demand on operators during multi-shift high-cycle pallet movement.
