Logitrans Logitilt Straddle Tilter | 2,200 lb, Battery-Powered, Tilts to 90°, All Pallet Types

The Logitrans Logitilt Straddle Tilter is the straddle leg version of the Logitilt battery-powered workstation tilter. It provides the same 90-degree battery-powered tilt function for ergonomic content access at standing and seated workstations, with straddle leg construction that accommodates closed-bottom pallets, solid-deck pallets, and other pallet types that the standard Logitilt cannot engage.

With a 2,200-lb capacity, the Logitilt Straddle Tilter handles standard palletized loads at the workstation. Battery-powered operation provides smooth, controlled tilting without manual effort. Two models are available at 22" and 27" fork span (OD). Fork length is configurable at 31.5" or 45" -- specify at order.

Models and Specifications:

♦ LT-1001-TES-22, 22" fork span (OD). Straddle leg design. Fork length 31.5" or 45" (specify at order). Capacity 2,200 lbs. Battery-powered tilt to 90°. Accommodates closed-bottom and solid-deck pallets. Suited for standing and seated workstations.

♦ LT-1001-TES-27, 27" fork span (OD). Straddle leg design. Fork length 31.5" or 45" (specify at order). Capacity 2,200 lbs. Battery-powered tilt to 90°. Accommodates closed-bottom and solid-deck pallets. Wider span for larger containers. Same specification as LT-1001-TES-22 at a greater fork span.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Fork span, 22" or 27" OD, the fork span is the outside dimension of the straddle legs. Select based on the outside width of the boxes or crates being handled. Verify that the container OD fits within the selected span before ordering.

♦ Fork length: 31.5" or 45"; select based on container depth. Specify at the time of order.

♦ Logitilt Straddle Tilter (TES) vs. standard Logitilt (TE), both tilt to 90 degrees at 2,200 lb, both accept 22" or 27" spans and 31.5" or 45" fork lengths. The standard Logitilt (TE, previous page) uses a fixed-fork design suited only to open-entry pallets. The straddle tilter (TES) uses straddle legs that accommodate closed-bottom, solid-deck, and all other pallet types. Choose the TES when the pallets or pallet-base containers in the operation are not compatible with a standard fork-entry tilter.

♦ Logitilt (stationary tilter) vs. rotator family: the Logitilt tilts to 90 degrees from a fixed workstation position. The Logitrans rotator family (ELFSR, ELFSRA, SELFSR, SELFSRA) tilts beyond 90 degrees and is mounted on a mobile walkie stacker base. Choose the Logitilt for a lower-cost fixed workstation solution when a 90-degree tilt is sufficient. Choose a rotator when mobility, a higher tilt angle, or lift height is required.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Workstations with Closed-Bottom or Solid-Deck Pallets: Production and assembly workstations handling containers on closed-bottom or solid-deck pallets use a straddle tilter, where a standard fork-entry tilter would not engage the pallet base, providing the same 90-degree ergonomic tilt function across all pallet types at the workstation.

♦ Assembly and Production Lines with Mixed Pallet Base Configurations: production environments receiving components on varying pallet types from multiple suppliers use the straddle tilter to accommodate whatever base configuration arrives, without requiring pallet sorting or separate equipment for different base types.

♦ Inspection and Quality Control Workstations, inspection workstations processing inbound goods from containers on solid-deck or closed-bottom pallets use the straddle tilter to bring containers to an ergonomic 90-degree access angle for inspection, sampling, and sorting tasks.

♦ Ergonomic Workstation Programs with Seated Operators on All Pallet Types, ergonomic workstation programs serving seated operators with containers on varied or non-standard pallet bases use the straddle tilter to ensure ergonomic container access regardless of pallet type, maintaining consistency across all incoming container configurations.
