The Logitrans Stainless Steel Logitilt Tilter is a battery-powered workstation tilter built from AISI 316L stainless steel for environments where hygiene, corrosion resistance, and cleanability are requirements. Food processing, pharmaceutical production, laboratory, beverage, dairy, and other facilities with regular washdown exposure require stainless handling equipment at workstations where the product contacts the surface. The AISI 316L alloy provides superior corrosion resistance compared to 304-grade stainless, making it appropriate for environments where chlorine-based cleaning agents are used.

The Logitilt tilts boxes and crates to 90 degrees for ergonomic operator access without bending or reaching into the container, suitable for both standing and seated workstations. A programmable tilt stop allows the tilt angle to be preset and automatically repeatable, ensuring the container stops at the same angle every cycle for consistent access without operator adjustment. Battery-powered operation provides smooth, controlled tilting.

♦ LT-1000-TE-22, 22" wide forks. Fork length 31.5" or 45" (specify at order). Capacity 2,200 lbs. AISI 316L stainless steel construction. Battery-powered tilt to 90°. Programmable tilt stop for repeatable preset angle. Suited for standing and seated workstations in hygienic environments.

♦ LT-1000-TE-27, 27" wide forks. Fork length 31.5" or 45" (specify at order). Capacity 2,200 lbs. AISI 316L stainless steel construction. Battery-powered tilt to 90°. Programmable tilt stop. Wider configuration for larger containers. Same specification as LT-1000-TE-22 at a greater fork width.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Fork width, 22" or 27", select based on the outside or inside width of the containers being handled. Both models use the same fork length options, capacity, and stainless specification.

♦ Fork length: 31.5" or 45"; select based on container depth. Specify at the time of order.

♦ Programmable tilt stop: The automatic tilt stop can be preset to halt at a consistent angle for every cycle. This is valuable in high-repetition environments where the operator needs the container to present its contents at the same position each time, eliminating the need to manually judge the tilt angle and improving access consistency throughout the shift.

♦ Stainless steel vs. standard Logitilt: the standard Logitilt TE (carbon or painted steel construction) is approximately half the price of the stainless model. Choose the stainless LT-1000-TE when the operating environment requires corrosion-resistant, cleanable materials in food-contact zones, pharmaceutical production, and washdown areas. In dry standard warehouse or production environments, the standard LT-1001-TE is the appropriate and lower-cost choice.

♦ AISI 316L vs. 304 stainless: the AISI 316L alloy used in this Logitilt has higher resistance to chlorides and acid cleaning agents than the more common 304 alloy. This is the appropriate grade for environments using chlorinated sanitizers, salt brines, or other corrosive cleaning protocols common in food and pharmaceutical facilities.
