Electric lift raises loads at the push of a button across four height options from 36" to 63". The ergonomic handle supports a comfortable grip during manual pushing, and the compact footprint allows operation in tighter aisles and work cells. All four models use the same 22" wide x 45" long forks and carry 3,300 lbs at all listed lift heights -- capacity does not decrease across the range on this series.

Fork-Over Design -- Pallet Compatibility:

The ELF 1201 Series uses a fork-over design, meaning the forks pass over the top of the pallet deck. This works with standard four-way pallets, open-bottom pallets, and skids. It does not accommodate closed-bottom pallets. The pallet compatibility image on this page shows supported configurations.

Choosing the Right Lift Height:

All four ELF 1201 models carry 3,300 lbs to their full rated height. Select based on the highest point you need to reach.
♦ ELF 1201-36 -- 36" max lift height -- Floor to standard work surface, low conveyors, or staging at working height. Lowest-cost entry point in the series.
♦ ELF 1201-47 -- 47" max lift height -- Single-level racking, elevated workbenches, or conveyor infeed above standard height.
♦ ELF 1201-55 -- 55" max lift height -- Mid-level racking or elevated staging in production and warehouse environments.
♦ ELF 1201-63 -- 63" max lift height -- Upper single-level racking or tall staging platforms. Maximum reach in this series.

If there is any chance you will need to reach higher than your current configuration, select the next model up. The cost difference between adjacent models is modest compared to replacing a unit that cannot reach the required height.

ELF 1201 vs. ELF 1001 -- Which Series Is Right for Your Operation?

Both are electric lift-and-push, manual-push fork-over stackers with the same fork dimensions and a compact footprint. The difference is capacity and lift height range.

♦ ELF 1001 Series -- 2,200 lb capacity (reducing to 1,760 lbs at 112" and 1,320 lbs at 130"). Five models reaching up to 130". Best for lighter loads or operations requiring greater height reach.
♦ ELF 1201 Series -- 3,300 lb capacity at all four lift heights, up to 63". Best for heavier loads where maintaining full capacity across the height range is required and 63" is sufficient reach.

If your loads regularly approach or exceed 2,200 lbs and your racking or staging is within 63" high, the ELF 1201 Series is the correct choice. If you need to reach above 63" and your loads are under 2,200 lbs, the ELF 1001 Series covers that range.
