Logitrans ELFR 1001-Series Non-Adjustable Box Holder Rotator | Powered Lift, 2,200 lb, Fork-Over

The Logitrans ELFR 1001 is a powered lift, manual push rotator with fixed, non-adjustable box holders, designed for operations that handle a consistent, standardized box size and want a simpler, more cost-effective alternative to adjustable box-holder models. The fixed holders eliminate the width adjustment step between uses, making the unit faster to engage in high-repetition environments where box dimensions do not vary.

The rotating attachment tilts boxes and crates beyond 90 degrees at a 2,200 lb capacity, bringing contents within comfortable reach for picking, sorting, filling, and inspection without bending or reaching into the container. Fork-over construction uses 22" or 27" wide x 49" long forks compatible with open-entry pallets. Powered lift, manual push.

Models and Specifications:

♦ ELFR 1001-36, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks (specify at order). Fork-over design. Maximum lift height 36". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Powered lift, manual push. Fixed non-adjustable box holders. Tilts beyond 90°. Contact CustomMHS to confirm box holder width before ordering.

♦ ELFR 1001-47, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Fork-over design. Maximum lift height 47". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification as ELFR 1001-36 at a greater lift height.

♦ ELFR 1001-55, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Fork-over design. Maximum lift height 55". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at greater lift height.

♦ ELFR 1001-63, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Fork-over design. Maximum lift height 63". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at greater lift height.

♦ ELFR 1001-75, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Fork-over design. Maximum lift height 75". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at the greatest lift height in the lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Lifting height, 36" to 75", select based on the working height required for comfortable content access after tilting. All five models are otherwise identical.

♦ ELFR 1001 (non-adjustable) vs. ELFRA 1001 (adjustable), both use fork-over design, powered lift, manual push, the same forks, the same five heights, and the same 2,200 lb capacity. The ELFRA 1001 (path 4025) accommodates box widths from 31.5" to 48" via a tool-free handle adjustment. The ELFR 1001 uses fixed holders at a set width and is lower-cost. Choose the ELFR 1001 when box dimensions are standardized and consistent throughout the operation. Choose the ELFRA 1001 when multiple box widths must be accommodated by a single unit.

♦ Fork-over pallet compatibility: the ELFR 1001 requires open-entry pallets with accessible leg openings. Solid-deck and closed-bottom pallets are not compatible. For operations using solid-deck pallets, the ELFSRA 1003 (straddle leg, adjustable) or ELFSRA 1001 (straddle leg, adjustable) is the appropriate choice.

♦ Box holder width confirmation: the fixed holder width must match the box dimensions in the operation. Contact CustomMHS at 866-333-0728 before ordering to confirm available sizes and compatibility.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Standardized Single-Box-Size Picking and Sorting operations, processing a single consistent box size throughout the shift, such as standardized inbound cartons or uniform production containers, use the ELFR 1001 for faster engagement and simpler operation than an adjustable model, with the fixed holders eliminating the adjustment step entirely.

♦ High-Repetition Assembly and Kitting with Uniform Containers, assembly and kitting lines supplied by standardized containers of consistent width use the ELFR 1001 for reliable, fast-cycle ergonomic tilt access throughout each shift, where the simplicity of fixed holders supports high-frequency repetitive use without operator adjustment downtime.

♦ Production Line Component Supply with Fixed Container Dimensions, production environments supplying components in a single proprietary container size use the ELFR 1001 as the lower-cost ergonomic rotator for that specific container, where the adjustability of the ELFR 1001 provides no operational benefit.

♦ Operations Replacing Manual Tipping of Standard Containers: operations currently tipping heavy standardized boxes manually to access contents use the ELFR 1001 to eliminate the manual tipping motion, lifting the box to working height and rotating it beyond 90 degrees without operator strain, at a lower price point than the adjustable model.
