Logitrans ELFS Series Electric Straddle Legs Stacker

The Logitrans ELFS Series is the electric lift-and-manual-push counterpart to the manual LFS-Mini straddle-legs stacker. The straddle legs design is the defining feature: the legs extend alongside the pallet from both sides, allowing the narrow forks (6.5" wide) to slide under the pallet deck without requiring open fork entry points. As a result, the ELFS handles all pallet types: standard four-way pallets, closed-bottom pallets, block pallets, and skids, where a fork-over design like the ELF Series cannot engage closed-bottom pallets.

Electric lift provides push-button operation, reducing operator effort during repeated stacking and positioning cycles. The ergonomically designed handle provides a comfortable grip during manual pushing. Rounded corners minimize contact damage to pallets, goods, and surroundings. The design is adjustable to individual users and was developed in collaboration with health and safety experts.

Seven models cover lifting heights from 35" to 128". The rated capacity is 2,200 lbs across all seven models -- there is no capacity reduction at greater heights, which is a meaningful structural advantage for operations that need both high reach and full load capacity.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Maximum lift height, 35" through 128", select the model whose maximum lift height meets or exceeds the highest rack position or stacking height required. The model number suffix indicates the maximum lift height in inches. All seven models maintain a 2,200 lb capacity regardless of lift height. Choose the height that fits the application without capacity concern.

♦ Straddle legs vs. fork-over design (ELF Series): the ELFs use straddle legs, which allow them to be used with all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets. The ELF Series uses a fork-over design, which does not work with closed-bottom pallets. If closed-bottom pallets are present in the operation or if pallet types vary, the ELFS is the appropriate choice.

♦ Constant capacity at all heights, unlike the ELF 1001 fork-over series, where capacity decreases at the two tallest models (1,760 lb at 112" and 1,320 lb at 130"), the ELFS maintains 2,200 lb at all heights, including 128". If the full 2,200-lb capacity is required at very high rack positions, the ELFS provides it without compromise.

♦ ELFS vs. LFS-Mini (manual straddle), both use the same straddle leg design and same fork dimensions. The ELFS uses an electric lift for high-frequency applications and reaches up to 128". The manual LFS-Mini has a maximum lift height of 62" and uses a hand pump. Choose ELFS for higher reach and to eliminate manual pump effort; choose LFS-Mini for lower-frequency applications where the 62" maximum height is sufficient.
