The Logitrans ELFSR 1001 is a powered lift, manual-push rotator with fixed, non-adjustable box holders and straddle-leg construction. It combines the pallet flexibility of the straddle-leg design, which accommodates all pallet types, including solid-deck, closed-bottom, and open-entry, with the operational simplicity and lower cost of fixed, non-adjustable box holders for operations that run a single, consistent box size.

The rotating attachment tilts boxes and crates beyond 90 degrees, with a 2,200 lb capacity, for ergonomic access to contents without bending or back strain. Fork size is 22" or 27" wide x 49" long (specify at order). Powered lift, manual push. 

Five models are available at lift heights of 36", 47", 55", 63", and 75". All specifications are otherwise identical.

♦ ELFSR 1001-36, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks (specify at order). Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 36". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Powered lift, manual push. Fixed non-adjustable box holders. 

♦ ELFSR 1001-47, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 47". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification as ELFSR 1001-36 at a greater lift height.

♦ ELFSR 1001-55, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 55". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at greater lift height.

♦ ELFSR 1001-63, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 63". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at greater lift height.

♦ ELFSR 1001-75, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 75". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at the greatest lift height in the lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Lifting height, 36" to 75", select based on the working height required for comfortable content access after tilting. All five models are otherwise identical.

♦ ELFSR 1001 (straddle legs, non-adjustable) vs. ELFR 1001 (fork-over, non-adjustable), both use powered lift, manual push, and fixed non-adjustable box holders at the same five heights, same forks, and same capacity. The ELFR 1001 (path 4029) uses fork-over construction limited to open-entry pallets and is lower-priced. The ELFSR 1001 uses straddle legs for universal pallet compatibility. Choose the ELFSR 1001 specifically when solid-deck, closed-bottom, or mixed pallet types are present in the operation.

♦ ELFSR 1001 (non-adjustable) vs. ELFSRA 1001 (adjustable straddle, path 4027), both use straddle legs, powered lift, and manual push at the same heights, forks, and capacity. The ELFSRA 1001 accommodates box widths from 31.5" to 48" via tool-free handle adjustment. The ELFSR 1001 uses fixed holders at a set width and is lower-priced. Choose the ELFSR 1001 when box dimensions are standardized. Choose the ELFSRA 1001 when multiple box widths must be handled.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Standardized Box Handling on Mixed or Solid-Deck Pallets, operations running a single consistent box size on solid-deck, closed-bottom, or mixed pallet types use the ELFSR 1001 for the universal pallet access of straddle legs combined with the simplicity of fixed holders, where the ELFR 1001 fork-over model would not accommodate the pallet base configuration.

♦ High-Repetition Single-Container-Size Picking on All Pallet Types, picking and sorting operations using a standardized inbound container on varying supplier pallets use the ELFSR 1001 to access containers consistently regardless of pallet base type, without the cost premium of the adjustable ELFSRA 1001.

♦ Production Line Supply with Standardized Containers on Solid-Base Skids, production environments supplying components in a proprietary standardized container on solid-base skids or custom pallets use the ELFSR 1001 for ergonomic tilt access at production height, where a fork-over model is incompatible with the base configuration.

♦ Assembly Operations Requiring Universal Pallet Access at Lower Cost: assembly operations that handle a single, consistent container size across a mix of pallet types use the ELFSR 1001 as the lower-cost, universal-pallet-compatible rotator, avoiding the adjustability premium of the ELFSRA 1001 when a single box size is the operational reality.
