Logitrans SELF MAXI Fully Powered Logiflex Stacker

The Logitrans SELF MAXI is a fully powered walkie stacker -- both lift and drive are powered, designed for transporting, handling, and lifting palletized goods across a wide range of heights from 36" to 130". Its fork-over design uses 22" wide x 45" long forks that straddle open-bottom pallet legs, making it compatible with standard open-entry pallets. The unit is not suitable for solid-deck pallets. Verify pallet compatibility before ordering.

Nine models are available covering lift heights from 36" to 130". Capacity decreases as lift height increases: models reaching 36"–63" are rated at 3,000 lb; 75"–96" models at 2,200 lb; the 112" model at 1,760 lb; and the 130" model at 1,320 lb. Select based on both the required lift height and the maximum load weight at that height.

The SELF MAXI is the full-capacity, full-reach version of the SELF MINI (path 4014). Compared to the SELF MINI's 65" maximum lift at 2,200 lb, the SELF MAXI reaches up to 130" and achieves up to 3,000 lb at lower heights, covering higher-rack and heavier-load applications. Ergonomic features include an adjustable handle, rounded corners to minimize impact damage to surroundings and product, and a low-profile design for improved sightlines during operation.

Selection Guide:

♦ Lift height vs. capacity tradeoff: the SELF MAXI's capacity decreases as lift height increases. At 36"–63", the rated capacity is 3,000 lb. At 75"–96" it drops to 2,200 lb. At 112" it is 1,760 lb, and at 130" it is 1,320 lb. Select a model whose rated capacity at the required lift height comfortably covers the maximum expected load weight. Do not select based on lift height alone without confirming that the capacity at that height covers the load.

♦ Lift height, 36" to 130", the model number suffix indicates the maximum lifting height in inches. Select the model whose maximum height meets or exceeds the highest rack position or stacking height in the facility.

♦ SELF MAXI vs. SELF MINI: The SELF MINI (path 4014) offers a maximum 65" lift at 2,200 lb in a more compact form suited for smaller storage and retail spaces. The SELF MAXI reaches 130" at lower heights and 3,000 lb at the shorter height models, covering industrial and high-rack applications where the SELF MINI is insufficient. Choose SELF MAXI for applications requiring higher reach or greater capacity than the SELF MINI provides.

♦ SELF MAXI vs. Logitrans ELF 1001/1201 Series, the ELF 1001 and 1201 series are also fork-over walkie stackers reaching up to 130". The ELF series uses 6.5" wide x 42" forks (ELF 1001) or narrower forks (ELF 1201) and is a push-only stacker (manual propulsion, electric lift only). The SELF MAXI has a powered drive in addition to powered lift, providing fully powered operation where the operator does not need to push. Choose the SELF MAXI when powered propulsion is needed; choose the ELF series when manual push with powered lift is adequate.

♦ Fork-over design and pallet compatibility: the SELF MAXI requires open-entry pallets with accessible pallet leg openings for the fork-over forks to straddle. Solid-deck pallets and pallets without adequate entry openings are not compatible. Confirm pallet types before ordering.

♦ High-Capacity Stacking at 3,000 lb at Lower Heights, operations regularly handling 3,000 lb pallet loads at heights up to 63" use the SELF MAXI 36"–63" models for fully powered transport and lift at capacity levels that the SELF MINI cannot reach.

♦ Distribution Center Pallet Positioning with Powered Drive: In distribution centers where long transport distances or high daily cycle counts make manual push stackers impractical, the SELF MAXI is used for fully powered operation, reducing operator fatigue and maintaining consistent pallet throughput across multi-shift operations.

♦ High-Reach Applications at 96"–130" with Reduced Loads: facilities with high-bay racking requiring fork-over stacking above 96" use the 112" and 130" models of the SELF MAXI for reach positions that no other Logitrans SELF series model covers, accepting the reduced capacity (1,760 lb and 1,320 lb, respectively) at those heights.
