The Logitrans SELFSRA 1003 is the fully featured rotator in the Logitrans adjustable box holder family -- combining powered drive, powered lift, and straddle leg construction in a single unit. The straddle legs accommodate all pallet types, including solid-deck, closed-bottom, and open-entry pallets, removing the pallet compatibility restriction of the fork-over SELFRA 1003. The powered drive removes the manual pushing effort from the ELFSRA 1001. The result is the most capable and versatile rotator in the CustomMHS catalog.

The rotating box holder accommodates widths from 31.5" to 48" with tool-free handle adjustment and tilts boxes and crates beyond 90 degrees for ergonomic access to contents without bending or back strain. Fork size is 22" or 27" wide x 49" long (specify at order). Capacity is 2,200 lbs at all heights and tilt positions. Five height configurations are available from 36" to 75".

♦ SELFSRA 1003-63, 22" or 27" W x 49" L forks. Straddle leg design. Maximum lift height 63". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification at greater lift height.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Lifting height, 36" to 75", select based on the working height required for comfortable ergonomic content access after tilting. All five models are otherwise identical.

♦ Rotator family selection: the four Logitrans adjustable box holder rotators differ across two dimensions: leg design and drive type. The ELFRA 1001 (path 4025) is a fork-over with manual push, the lowest-cost entry point. The ELFSRA 1001 (path 4027) adds straddle legs for universal pallet compatibility at manual push. The SELFRA 1003 (path 4026) adds a powered drive with fork-over legs. The SELFSRA 1003 (this page) combines powered drive with straddle legs for maximum capability and pallet flexibility. Select based on the combination of pallet type and drive requirement that the operation actually needs. The SELFSRA 1003 is the highest-priced option in the family.

♦ Straddle legs vs. fork-over: the straddle leg design accommodates all pallet types. The fork-over design (ELFRA 1001 and SELFRA 1003) requires only open-entry pallets. If the operation uses solid-deck pallets, closed-bottom containers, or a mix of pallet types, the SELFSRA 1003 or ELFSRA 1001 is required.

♦ Powered drive vs. manual push, the SELFSRA 1003 and SELFRA 1003 both self-propel. The ELFSRA 1001 and ELFRA 1001 require manual pushing. Choose a powered drive when transport distance, cycle frequency, or operator fatigue makes manual push impractical.

♦ Assembly and Production Line Ergonomic Box Supply at Scale, production environments cycling high volumes of component boxes to assembly positions throughout each shift use the SELFSRA 1003 to deliver, position, tilt, and transport boxes at sustained productivity levels that manual-push models would not maintain over a full shift.
