The Lift Products MXEM Powered Walkie Stacker is a manually pushed straddle stacker with an electric lift, designed for pallet handling applications where lifting frequency is moderate and travel distances are short. Common uses include loading and unloading multiple pallets from a semi-truck, positioning pallets at workstations, and stacking pallets in warehouses and staging areas.

The electric lift is operated via a centrally located control stick, providing easy access without repositioning the hands. Standard features include a built-in 12-volt battery with an integral charger and an ammeter, a keyed on/off switch, and a foot-actuated floor lock for stable positioning during lifting. Adjustable forks (3.5" wide x 42" long) and adjustable straddle legs accommodate different pallet widths. An operator safety screen is standard. The 7.75" phenolic rear steer wheels provide excellent maneuverability in narrow aisles.

Two models are available at 2,200 lb capacity, differing only in maximum lift height.

♦ MXEM-2200-96, 3.5" W, 42" L adjustable forks. Maximum lift height 96". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Same specification as MXEM-2200-62 at a greater maximum lift height. Choose when rack heights or stacking positions exceed 62". 

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Maximum lift height: 62" or 96". The MXEM-2200-62 is suited for rack heights and stacking positions up to 62". The MXEM-2200-96 extends to 96" for higher rack positions or taller stacking requirements. Both models are otherwise identical in capacity and specification.

♦ With moderate frequency and short travel distance, the MXEM is designed for moderate lifting cycles and short-distance transport. For high-frequency, long-distance, or heavy-duty daily stacking operations, a more capable walkie stacker from the Logitrans ELF or ELFS series or the Presto AC Electric or B600 Series may be more appropriate.

♦ Adjustable forks and straddle legs, the adjustable forks and straddle legs allow the MXEM to adapt to different pallet widths and entry dimensions. Set both to match the pallet type before use. The 3.5" fork width is narrow -- confirm it clears the pallet entry opening.

♦ MXEM vs. Logitrans ELF/ELFS Series: the MXEM uses adjustable straddle legs and narrow 3.5" forks for different pallet configurations. The Logitrans ELF fork-over series and ELFS straddle series offer higher reach (up to 130") and higher capacity (up to 3,000 lb) for more demanding stacking requirements. Choose the MXEM for lower-cost, moderate-frequency applications at the 2,200 lb capacity level.

♦ Warehouse Rack Loading at 62" to 96", warehouse operations loading 2,200 lb pallets into rack positions at 62" or 96" heights use the MXEM for electric-powered rack stacking without the investment or complexity of a full-size powered walkie reach stacker.

♦ Mobile Work Positioning, production and maintenance operations using the MXEM as a mobile work positioner raise palletized materials to working height at the production or service position, with the foot floor lock providing stable positioning once the pallet is at the correct height.
