Wesco Heavy-Duty Powered Fork Stackers are built for industrial pallet-handling applications that require greater capacity, durability, and control than standard-duty powered stackers. The reinforced frame and base, double-chain lift support, and heavy-duty pump are designed for consistent performance under high-cycle daily use in warehouses, distribution centers, and production facilities.

Remote control, floor lock, and safety screen are standard on all models. A three-light LED charge status indicator and an illuminated battery voltmeter provide continuous battery monitoring. These units can be used while recharging, even at minimal battery charge, keeping operations running without interruption. Ergonomic "D" handles and a spring-loaded handle support comfortable operation during transport. Eight-inch locking polyurethane wheels provide mobility and secure stationary positioning. 5th Wheel Steering is available (exclusive to the 1,500- and 2,000-lb models) for enhanced maneuverability in tight aisles. Thirty-five models cover five fixed-leg configurations, one adjustable-leg configuration, two capacity tiers (1,500 and 2,000 lbs), and raised heights ranging from 56" to 86".

Selection Guide:

♦ In the base leg configuration, the outside leg span (OD) determines the minimum aisle width needed to operate the stacker. Five fixed configurations are available: 15"/21", 21"/26", 30"/36", 42"/48", and 50"/56" (ID/OD). A sixth adjustable configuration (35"–50" ID) provides flexibility in base width for facilities handling different pallet sizes or operating in varying aisle widths. Choose the narrowest leg configuration that provides adequate lateral stability for the load weight and the operating environment.

♦ Capacity, 1,500 lb or 2,000 lb, all five fixed leg configurations, and the adjustable base are available in both 1,500 lb and 2,000 lb. Select based on the maximum expected load weight. The 5th Wheel Steering option is available on both capacity tiers.

♦ Raised height, 56", 64", 76", or 86", not all raised heights are available in every leg configuration -- the 56" height is only available in the 15"/21" and 21"/26" leg configurations. The 64", 76", and 86" heights are available across all five fixed leg configurations and the adjustable base. Select based on the highest rack position or the required stacking height.

♦ Adjustable base (35"–50" ID): the adjustable base (models 261068–261070 at 1,500 lb and 261053–261055 at 2,000 lb) spans from 35" to 50" inside dimension, providing flexibility when the stacker must operate in aisles of varying width or with different pallet sizes. Available at 64", 76", and 86" raised heights.

♦ Heavy-duty vs. standard-duty Wesco fork stacker: the heavy-duty models on this page feature a reinforced frame, double-chain lift, heavy-duty pump, "D" handles, 8" locking polyurethane wheels, LED charge indicator, battery voltmeter, and use-while-charging capability. The standard-duty Wesco fork stackers (path 353_269_2677) are lighter-duty at 1,000 lb capacity with 7.75" phenolic steer wheels and a less comprehensive feature set. Choose heavy-duty when higher capacity, reinforced construction, and advanced battery monitoring are required.
