Wesco Battery-Powered Platform Powered Stacker, 24" x 24" or 32" x 30" Platform

Wesco Platform Models Powered Stackers

Wesco Platform Powered Stacker | 1,000 lb, 24"x24" or 32"x30" Steel Platform, Battery Included

The Wesco Platform Powered Stacker is a battery-electric stacker with a steel platform for lifting and positioning non-palletized loads, bins, boxes, totes, and equipment components that require a flat, stable load surface rather than fork engagement. Each unit ships ready to operate with a battery and charger included. Electric lift provides smooth, consistent raising and lowering with push-button controls, eliminating manual pumping effort. Five-inch phenolic front wheels and 4" phenolic rear casters deliver durable, predictable mobility across facility floors. ASME B56.10 compliant.

Six models cover two steel platform sizes (24" x 24" and 32" x 30") and three raised heights (60", 68", and 80"). All models are rated at 1,000 lb capacity and lower to 5.75". For higher-capacity platform stackers (1,500 to 2,000 lb) with wider base leg configurations, see the Wesco Platform Powered Stackers.

Models and Specifications:

♦ 261022, 24" x 24" steel platform. Raised 5.75" to 60". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Battery and charger included. 5" phenolic front wheels, 4" phenolic rear casters. ASME B56.10.

♦ 261023, 24" x 24" steel platform. Raised 5.75" to 68". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same specification as 261022 at a greater raised height.

♦ 261024, 24" x 24" steel platform. Raised 5.75" to 80". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same specification as 261022 at the greatest raised height. Tallest 24"x24" model.

♦ 261025, 32" x 30" steel platform. Raised 5.75" to 60". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Battery and charger included. 5" phenolic front wheels, 4" phenolic rear casters. ASME B56.10. Larger platform for loads that require more surface area than the 24"x24" models provide.

♦ 261026, 32" x 30" steel platform. Raised 5.75" to 68". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same specification as 261025 at a greater raised height.

♦ 261027, 32" x 30" steel platform. Raised 5.75" to 80". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same specification as 261025 at the greatest raised height. Tallest 32"x30" model.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Platform size, 24"x24" vs. 32"x30", the 24"x24" platform is suited for compact cartons, totes, and smaller load footprints. The 32" x30" platform provides a larger surface area for wider or longer loads that would overhang or be unstable on the smaller platform. Both platform sizes are available at all three raised heights, with a 1,000-lb capacity.

♦ Raised height, 60", 68", or 80", select based on the highest rack position, staging height, or transfer height required. All models lower to 5.75". If in doubt, choose the taller model it can always be used at lower heights.

♦ 1,000 lb platform stacker vs. higher-capacity Wesco platform stacker: this page covers 1,000 lb models with defined steel platform sizes. For operations handling loads above 1,000 lb, the Wesco Platform Powered Stackers (path 353_269_2681) cover 1,500- and 2,000-lb capacities with broader base leg configurations and 90" maximum raised height.

♦ Battery and charger are included; all models ship ready to operate. Verify that a compatible charging outlet is available at the charging position before delivery.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Warehouse Bin and Carton Stacking at 60" to 80": Warehouse operations stack bins, totes, and cartons to elevated shelf or rack positions at heights of 60" to 80"; use the Wesco platform stacker for battery-powered lift to height for non-palletized loads without requiring fork-type pallet engagement.

♦ Packing and Shipping Station Supply, packing and shipping departments stage cartons and containers at elevated conveyor or staging positions, using the platform stacker for repeatable battery-powered lift, keeping the work surface supplied at height throughout the shift.

♦ Stockroom and Backroom Elevated Storage, retail and distribution stockrooms placing boxed inventory, equipment, and supplies at elevated shelf or rack positions, use the platform stacker for controlled battery-powered lifting without the forklift compatibility requirement.

♦ Assembly Parts and Component Staging: In assembly areas, stage bins and containers of components at elevated positions for production access. Use the platform stacker for a reliable, battery-powered lift to the required staging height at the assembly position.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the Wesco platform-powered stacker used for?
The Wesco platform-powered stacker is an industrial lifting solution that raises and positions materials on a durable steel platform. It is ideal for handling non-palletized loads such as boxes, containers, and equipment parts that require stable support. Battery powered lift operation provides smooth vertical positioning with minimal operator effort. This stacker is a strong choice for ergonomic material handling in warehouse and production environments.
How does battery-powered lifting improve ergonomics and safety?
Battery-powered lifting eliminates the need for manual pumping or cranking, reducing physical strain throughout the day. Operators can raise loads using controlled powered motion, improving posture and comfort. Smooth lifting also improves load stability during handling and positioning. Over time, ergonomic powered lifting contributes to safer workflows and fewer fatigue-related injuries.
What makes the steel platform design valuable for industrial handling?
A steel platform provides stable, rugged support for a wide range of loads, especially irregular materials that cannot be handled with forklifts. It allows operators to lift and transport boxes, totes, and equipment with confidence. The durable construction withstands demanding industrial conditions. This versatility makes platform stackers useful across a wide range of workstation and staging applications.
Where does this platform-powered stacker perform best?
This unit performs well in warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and shipping departments where loads require frequent elevation and staging. It is especially effective in packing stations and assembly areas where materials must remain accessible at working height. Battery power and maneuverability make it useful in multi-station workflows. Any operation needing ergonomic platform lifting can benefit from this equipment.
How does the stacker support productivity and workflow efficiency?
Keeping materials elevated and within easy reach reduces wasted motion and speeds up repetitive handling tasks. Operators can position loads accurately without excessive manual effort. Controlled lifting also helps reduce handling errors and product damage by improving stability. Over time, these advantages lead to smoother material flow and improved daily throughput.
