The Vestil PEL-100A-D3 DC Powered Aluminum Quick Lift is built for fast, precise positioning in tight workspaces. Lightweight and battery-powered, this unit lets operators lift and place loads with the push of a button, reducing manual handling and speeding up repetitive tasks.
Its low-profile design and compact footprint make it easy to maneuver through narrow aisles and confined areas. The high-density polyethylene platform supports uniform loads up to 125 lb, while the 9 in horizontal load center keeps lifting stable and predictable. Poly casters provide smooth rolling performance, with swivel and swivel-locking casters allowing tight turns and controlled positioning.
Power comes from a DC system with two 12V AGM batteries and an onboard 115V AC charger, keeping the unit ready for daily use. Lift speeds are quick, both loaded and unloaded, making this a practical choice for order picking, kitting, and light assembly operations. Optional accessories include a detachable handheld control for remote operation and programmable height indexing to preset multiple working heights.
