The Vestil LDLT-30120 Long Deck Die Cart is designed to move and position long, awkward loads, such as sheet and strip stock, dies, tooling, and large components. With a 10-foot-long deck and a 2,000-pound capacity, it is a practical solution for shops that need safer handling and smoother staging without dragging material or forcing awkward lifts.
Height adjusts with a manual hydraulic foot pump, letting operators raise the deck to match workbench, press, or machine heights for more ergonomic transfers. The structural steel base helps distribute weight evenly across the frame, and the 1/4-inch-thick deck is designed for rugged daily use.
For controlled mobility, the cart includes four 5 x 2-inch poly-on-steel swivel casters and dual floor locks. Roll it into position, lock it down, and keep the load stable during loading, unloading, or staging.
