The Vestil LDLT-3096-4 Long Deck Die Cart is built to move heavier long loads with safer control and improved ergonomics. With an 8-foot-long deck and a 4,000-pound capacity, it is a strong fit for die handling, heavy tooling, long fabricated parts, and bulky sheet or strip stock that needs stable support during transport and transfers.
Platform height adjusts with a manual hydraulic foot pump, allowing operators to raise the deck to match press, bench, or machine infeed heights for smoother, less strenuous loading. A structural steel base helps evenly distribute the load for improved stability, and the 1/4-inch-thick steel deck is designed for rugged daily use.
For mobility and secure staging, the cart includes four 5 x 2-inch poly-on-steel swivel casters and dual foot-operated floor locks. Roll it into place, lock it down, and keep the load steady during loading and unloading.
