This self-leveling cart automatically raises or lowers as weight is added or removed, keeping materials in an ergonomic working zone that reduces bending, twisting, and fatigue throughout the shift.
With a full 48" x 48" platform and 1,000 lb capacity, this model is ideal for bulky cartons, large totes, and high-volume staging at packing, assembly, and kitting stations. The lifting action is powered by adjustable tension springs, allowing the cart to be tuned to your specific load range so height stays consistent whether you’re building up or breaking down a load.
Constructed from all steel for long-term durability, the SCSC-1000-4848 includes a removable handle for easy maneuvering and storage. It rides on smooth, durable 5" x 2" polyurethane casters with a rigid/swivel mix and brakes, keeping the cart stable when parked at the workstation.
