MECO Reel Winders make reel payoff cleaner, safer, and a whole lot faster. Built for unreeling wire rope, cable, chain, hoses, and other reel-stored materials, these winders reduce tangles, binding, and the “two-person wrestling match” that happens when reels aren’t controlled.

The frame includes six adjustable roller positions, allowing you to fit reels of nearly any diameter, and pre-drilled mounting holes let you anchor the unit to the floor for added stability in busy work areas. Payoff stays smooth thanks to 2-1/2" diameter rollers with precision ball bearings, plus side rollers that help keep the reel tracking consistently for controlled, tangle-free dispensing.

Loading is straightforward and safer with a durable 10-gauge steel ramp for rolling reels on and off the unit. Choose a one-piece design (RW1, RW2) or a two-piece configuration (RW3) depending on your handling and space needs. Finished in high-visibility orange enamel, these compact units are easy to ship and deploy—conveniently shipping via UPS.
