The Hallowell 5710-24 Hi-Tech 5-Shelf Stockroom Shelving is built for facilities that need maximum capacity per shelf with the strength to handle daily industrial use for years. It’s a true heavy-duty shelving line engineered to stay rigid and reliable under load without “working loose” over time.

Each Hallowell Hi-Tech shelf is a box-formed, heavy-duty design featuring a tubular, welded box beam at the front and rear, exclusive triple-bend side flanges, and lapped & welded corners for serious strength. The shelf surface is also punched to accept shelf dividers, so you can create assigned locations for parts, tools, cartons, and supplies—keeping stock organized and easy to pick.

Even with the heavy-duty build, installation is straightforward: each shelf mounts using only four shelf clips. The unit pairs beaded front posts (flush design for straight-in/straight-out shelf installation and full use of shelf width) with angle back posts (roll-formed for strength). Both post styles are punched on 1-1/2" centers, allowing precise, independent shelf height adjustment.

This is an open starter unit, complete with bracing and five shelves—ideal as a standalone bay or the first section of a longer run in a stockroom, warehouse, or maintenance area.
