Each heavy-duty shelf is box-formed and reinforced with a tubular welded box beam in both the front and rear, delivering maximum strength where loads concentrate. Hallowell’s exclusive triple-bend side flanges add stiffness to reduce flex under heavy inventory, and lapped and welded corners help maintain structural integrity over years of use.

For organized storage, the shelf surface is punched to accept shelf dividers, which is ideal for parts, supplies, bins, and SKU separation in stockrooms and maintenance areas.

Assembly is straightforward and fast: every shelf installs using only four shelf clips, and shelves adjust independently on 1-1/2" centers—so you can optimize spacing for bins, cartons, tool cases, or equipment as needs change. The beaded front posts are flush for straight-in/straight-out shelf installation and full use of shelf width, while the angle back postsare roll-formed for maximum strength (and can be used in place of beaded posts if desired).

With 800 lbs per shelf and a practical 18" depth, this unit hits the sweet spot for high-capacity storage without going full bulk shelving.
