Ballymore Fixed Crossover Platform
The Ballymore Fixed Industrial Crossover Platform offers safe and convenient access over conveyors, assembly lines, piping, or other obstructions. It features a comfortable 48° stair slope, enabling workers to descend facing outward. This platform is highly customizable, with a choice of 6 stair heights and 5 bridge lengths available in 3 standard widths to meet various needs. Custom sizes and configurations can also be designed to suit specific requirements.
The platform is supplied in three pieces: two stair sections and one bridge, each supported by a structural frame and rails constructed from heavy 1¼" materials, complete with full rails, mid rails, and toe boards. The stair sections are designed with 10" step spacing and 9" of horizontal run per step, and each section includes four legs with large, pre-drilled plates for secure bolting to the floor.
Finished in standard gray enamel, the platform has a rated capacity of 600 lbs. It maximizes the use of limited floor space while fully complying with OSHA standards for safety and accessibility.
