Handle-It guard rail is a modular steel barrier system tested to withstand 10,000 pounds of impact force at four miles per hour, the benchmark for forklift and powered vehicle traffic. Steel columns anchor to the floor and rails bolt between them, forming a continuous line that separates vehicle aisles from pedestrian walkways, machinery, building columns, in-plant offices, and pallet rack ends.

High-visibility yellow powder coat is standard on every component, and the modular design lets you add, move, or reconfigure sections as the layout changes without replacing the system. CustomMHS carries the full Handle-It line: pre-configured single and double rail units, columns, railing in 2' to 10' lengths, Build-A-Rail components, and five accessory types.

Selecting the Right Configuration:
♦ Pre-configured units: columns and rails packaged together for standard aisle and perimeter runs, the simplest way to order.
♦ Heavy-duty columns: 4-3/4" x 4-3/4" steel on a 10" x 10" base plate, ordered separately to extend a system or set custom spacing.
♦ Heavy-duty guard railing: individual rails from 2' to 10' to fill gaps, extend runs, or work around machinery and rack ends.
♦ Build-A-Rail: component-level ordering with 4' to 10' rails for layouts built to exact protection zone dimensions.
♦ Accessories: self-closing pedestrian gate, double rail swing gate, lift-out adapters, down guard adapters, 45-degree angle adapter.
