The Jamco 4-Shelf CD-Series Stock Truck features all-welded construction, apart from the casters, ensuring exceptional durability across four full shelves. Robust 12-gauge steel shelves, 3/16" thick angle corners, and 12-gauge caster mounts provide the structural strength needed for demanding daily industrial use. A tubular handle with a smooth radius bend adds comfort during transport and a uniform, finished appearance.

Overall height is 60 inches across all models, providing operators with consistent, comfortable access to all four shelves.

Selection Guide:

♦ Caster type and capacity: 6" Phenolic and 6" Polyurethane casters are all available, with capacity varying by type. Select based on the required load capacity and floor conditions for your application.
♦ Size, from 24"x36" up to 36"x72", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.
| Four-shelf organization: the additional shelf levels support separating materials by category, task, or destination, reducing mixed loads and repeat trips.

Where Commonly Used:
♦ Warehouse and Distribution Bulk Movement: warehouses and distribution centers use the CD-Series to move bulk materials and inventory between receiving, storage, and staging areas.
♦ Manufacturing Facility Material Flow: Manufacturing operations use this truck to move raw materials, components, and finished products across the facility.
♦ Maintenance and Facilities Equipment Transport: Maintenance teams moving tools and equipment between work sites use the CD-Series for dependable daily transport.
♦ Multi-Size Facility Standardization: Facilities standardizing on a single stock truck line use the six available sizes to match the footprint to each department's specific needs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the Jamco CD-Series stock truck?
The Jamco CD-Series is a four-shelf heavy-duty transport cart built with all-welded construction apart from the casters. It uses 12-gauge steel shelves, 3/16" thick angle corners, and 12-gauge caster mounts, with a tubular handle formed on a smooth radius bend. Overall height is 60 inches on every model. CustomMHS is an authorized Jamco distributor, and all purchases include the manufacturer's factory warranty.
Why does all-welded construction matter on a cart?
Welded joints do not loosen the way bolted connections do under the vibration and repeated loading that a working cart sees every day. On a bolted cart, fasteners eventually back off, the frame develops play, and the cart starts to rack under load. Welding the frame removes that failure mode, which is why it appears on carts intended for daily industrial use rather than occasional transport.
Should I choose phenolic or polyurethane casters?
Both are offered in 6" diameter, and capacity varies by type, so check the rating for the exact configuration. Phenolic handles heavy loads and rolls well on smooth, clean floors. Polyurethane is easier on floor surfaces and rolls more quietly, and it handles debris and minor floor imperfections better. Match the caster to the floor conditions on the route the cart actually travels.
Why four shelves instead of two or three?
Four levels let material be separated by category, task, or destination rather than stacked together. That reduces mixed loads, which in turn reduces the sorting that happens at the other end and the repeat trips that follow when something was left behind. The tradeoff is vertical clearance per shelf, so confirm your tallest item fits the spacing before choosing four levels over fewer.
How does the CD-Series help your facility?
Consolidating material into one trip is the direct gain, since four organized shelves carry what would otherwise take several passes with an armful of parts. In warehouses and distribution centers that means moving bulk inventory between receiving, storage, and staging in fewer moves. In manufacturing, it means raw materials, components, and finished goods travel the floor without mixing. The consistent 60 inch height also gives operators the same access to all four shelves regardless of which size is chosen, so a facility can standardize on one cart line across departments and match only the footprint to each area.
