Metro Chrome Plated Wire Security Cart

The Metro Chrome Plated Wire Security Cart features heavy-gauge open-wire construction that keeps contents visible at all times, simplifying inventory checks without opening the cart. Double doors open and can be securely fastened to the sides, with the option to add intermediate shelves to accommodate evolving storage needs. Each cart includes two standard shelves, one inside the cage and another outside.

The chrome plating provides a heavy-duty nickel-chrome finish suited to dry, low-humidity environments, enhanced with a protective lacquer coating for added durability. EC models are equipped with two 5" polyurethane swivel casters and two 5" polyurethane swivel casters with brakes, for improved maneuverability and stability. DC models feature four 5" polyurethane swivel casters, ensuring smooth movement across various surfaces.

Eleven configurations are available across three widths and multiple caster options.

Selection Guide:

♦ Caster type, EC (two swivel plus two swivel with brakes) or DC (four swivel), select based on whether secure stationary positioning or maximum maneuverability is the higher priority. DC configurations are currently available at 24" width only.

♦ Size, from 21-1/2"x40-3/4" up to 33-1/2"x65", select based on the footprint of materials being stored and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Double-door access: doors open and fasten securely to the sides during loading and unloading, then close and lock to secure contents during transport or storage.

♦ Optional intermediate shelves: additional shelves can be added inside the cage to accommodate evolving storage needs beyond the standard two-shelf configuration.
