Edge Kadon heavy-duty hopper boxes are large-format plastic hopper-front bins for parts storage where a standard small-parts bin runs out of volume or capacity. Each model is rated at 150 pounds. The open hopper front lets you pull parts without lifting the bin off the shelf or breaking the stack, and the black, industrial-grade plastic holds up to daily handling in warehouses, stockrooms, production areas, and dock positions.

Two sizes are offered. The small HH191107001000 measures 19.25" x 11" x 6.75" outside, and the large HH241109001000 measures 23.5" x 11" x 9" outside. Both stack, both are 11" wide, and both are sold individually rather than by carton.

Selecting the Right Bin:
♦ Size: the small model suits shelf positions with limited vertical clearance; the large model holds noticeably more volume per position at 9" high.
♦ 150-pound capacity: suited to fasteners, fittings, and steel hardware that would overload standard plastic bins. Confirm the shelf rating before stacking filled bins.
♦ Sold individually: order the exact count needed, with no carton multiples to work around.
♦ Kadon or Akro-Mils: Akro-Mils offers a wider size range, plus dividers, lids, and window inserts. Kadon is a simpler, two-model heavy-duty option when the hopper front and 150-pound rating matter most.
