Eagle Group 4-Eaglebrite Wire Shelf Cart

The Eagle Group 4-Eaglebrite Wire Shelf Cart features open-wire construction that enhances visibility by allowing light and air to pass through the shelves, reducing dust and contamination buildup and improving the effectiveness of fire suppression systems. The patented QuadTruss design reinforces the shelves by up to 25 percent and includes a retaining ledge for enhanced storage stability and product retention.

A wide range of 5-inch by 1-1/4 inch casters is available, including swivel casters with resilient or polyurethane wheel treads, with or without brakes, and combinations of swivel and rigid casters. Overall height is 68 inches, and the cart ships knocked down to minimize freight costs. The 63-inch posts are numerically marked in one-inch increments to facilitate quick, level assembly, and shelving adjusts every inch to achieve the optimal configuration. Assembly is fast and tool-free, using numerically calibrated grooved posts, high-temperature-resistant plastic split sleeves, and shelf collars.

Fifty-six configurations are available across seven sizes and six caster combinations.

Selection Guide:

♦ Wheel tread, resilient or polyurethane: resilient treads offer a more economical option for general-purpose use, while polyurethane treads provide quieter, smoother rolling and reduced floor marking.

♦ Caster combination, plain swivel casters offer maximum maneuverability. Swivel casters with brakes add secure positioning during loading and unloading. Swivel-and-rigid combinations improve straight-line tracking over longer runs while retaining steering control.

♦ Size, from 18"x36" up to 24"x60", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ QuadTruss shelf strength, the patented QuadTruss design, and the retaining ledge provide meaningfully stronger, more stable shelving than a standard wire cart, making it worth prioritizing for heavier or less stable loads.
