Every shelf is box-formed and reinforced with a tubular welded box beam at both the front and rear for maximum load-bearing strength. Hallowell’s exclusive triple-bend side flanges add stiffness to minimize shelf flex under heavy inventory, and lapped and welded corners keep the shelves rigid and square over time.

Organization is built in: the shelf tops are punched to accept shelf dividers, making it easy to separate parts, bins, and SKUs—ideal for inventory control and pick efficiency.

Assembly stays fast and straightforward. Each shelf installs using only four shelf clips, and shelves adjust independently on 1-1/2" centers, letting you dial in spacing for cartons, bins, tool cases, or equipment. This unit works with beaded front and angle back posts and can integrate with T-posts and H-posts when you expand into longer runs.
