The Hallowell 5535 bin shelving unit provides 38 openings across five distinct sizes -- the most varied opening layout in the Hi-Tech Bin Shelving System series. Three different opening heights (6", 9", and 12") and four different opening widths (6", 9", 12", and 18") are combined in a single unit. The breakdown per the series layout: (12) openings at 6" W x 6" H, (6) openings at 6" W x 9" H, (12) openings at 9" W x 9" H, (6) openings at 12" W x 12" H, and (2) openings at 18" W x 12" H.

The 5535 is the correct choice when stored inventory spans the full range from very small parts (6"x6") through medium components (9"x9") to larger packaged items (18"x12"), and a single unit needs to accommodate all size categories with right-sized positions for each.
