Autoquip Compact Scissor Lift Table – High-Capacity Lifting in a Compact Design

The Autoquip Compact Scissor Lift Table series delivers heavy-duty lifting capacity with a platform footprint significantly smaller than that of a standard scissor lift table of equivalent capacity. The design uses captured rollers, two-piece self-aligning cylinders, and high-impact spiral-wound bearing components that allow a low collapsed height while maintaining the structural integrity needed for demanding cycle applications. Capacities run from 500 to 12,000 lbs. Raised heights reach up to 94" on the CPT-084 models. Platform widths run from 12" to 34".

Thirty-two models are available across seven travel groups, each offered in a standard platform length and an SF variant with a shorter platform at the same travel range. Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for direct competitor comparison.

Understanding the Model Structure:

The model number encodes travel range, capacity, and platform variant. The first number indicates the travel group (025, 030, 036, 048, 060, 072, 084), which determines the height at which the travel group is raised. The second number indicates capacity in hundreds of pounds (0005 = 500 lb, 0010 = 1,000 lb, and so on). The SF suffix indicates the shorter-platform variant -- same travel range and capacity, reduced platform length.

Choosing the travel group: Select based on the height your application requires.

♦ CPT-025: raises to 30". Smallest footprint in the series.

♦ CPT-030: raises to approximately 36". Compact workstation height.

♦ CPT-036: raises to approximately 42" to 46". Standard ergonomic working height for most assembly and staging applications.

♦ CPT-048: raises to approximately 54" to 60". For applications requiring shoulder-height or above positioning.

♦ CPT-060: raises to approximately 67" to 70". High-reach assembly, conveyor feeds, and elevated transfers.

♦ CPT-072: raises to approximately 82". For tall workstations and high-position transfers.

♦ CPT-084: raises to approximately 94". The tallest models in the series.

Choosing SF vs. standard platform: Both variants deliver the same raised height and capacity. The SF variant has a shorter platform length, reducing the floor footprint when the load fits on the smaller surface.
