This unit features a robust three-piece construction, two stair sections, and one bridge, built from heavy 1-1/4" schedule 40 pipe for the structural frame and rails. Designed for daily use, it includes safety features like full handrails, midrails, and toe boards to reduce fall risk and build confidence in busy production areas. The stairway layout supports forward-facing descent, which is safer and more natural than backing down steep steps.
Choose expanded metal or serrated grating treads for excellent slip resistance, or opt for a solid steel tread with an abrasive mat on the bridge to keep debris from dropping onto conveyors below. With a durable gray powder-coated finish and an extra-heavy-duty 800-lb capacity, this crossover bridge is built to last and perform.
Building Your Crossover Bridge:
Step 1: Select the Stairs
♦ Choose from 2 to 7 steps with a choice of widths. Stairway slope allows forward-facing descent. Stair sections have 10" step spacing with 9" of horizontal run per step. Each stair section has four legs with large, pre-drilled plates for bolting to the floor. Alternate configurations are also available: U-shape, Z-shape, L-shape, and others. Rated capacity 800 lbs.
♦ Tread options: Expanded Metal (slip-resistant, self-cleaning, ideal for warehouse applications) or Heavy-Duty Serrated Grating (ultimate slip resistance and self-cleaning for severe wet and slippery conditions).

♦ Combine any length with appropriate width stair sections. Structural frame and rails are heavy 1-1/4" schedule 40 pipe, with full rails, midrails, and toe boards.
