Bishamon ALPHA Electric-Hydraulic Lift Tables

Bishamon ALPHA electric-hydraulic lift tables are precision-engineered work positioners designed for high-cycle industrial applications where consistent lifting performance, operator ergonomics, and long service life are the priority. Smooth electric-hydraulic actuation raises loads to the exact working height required for assembly, packaging, staging, and material-handling tasks -- eliminating bending, reaching, and manual lifting that cause fatigue and injury over time.

Premium high-load ball bearings in all wheels and load rollers support smooth operation and high cycle capability. Continuous axles at the rollers provide reliable, consistent movement. Flow-limiting valves prevent sudden drops and control descent speed for safe lowering. A compact unitized internal power unit and reservoir keep the footprint clean. Plug-and-play controls simplify operation.

All models comply with ANSI MH 29.1:2020. All electrical components are UL or CSA-certified. L22K and L44K models are rated for 50,000 cycles per year. L66K models are rated for 35,000 cycles per year.

Nineteen models are available across three platforms and capacity configurations, each offered in four voltage options. Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for straightforward competitor comparison.

How to Select the Right Model:

Selection is driven by three factors: the load capacity you need, the platform size that fits your load and floor space, and the voltage available at your workstation.

The three model families are grouped by capacity and platform size:

♦ L22K Series -- 2,200 lb capacity. Two platform options: 31" x 53" (travel 8.5" to 38.5") and 40" x 53" (travel 8.5" to 39.5"). Best for lighter loads at standard ergonomic working heights in assembly, packaging, and light production applications.

♦ L44K Series -- 4,400 lb capacity. One platform: 39" x 52" (travel 8.5" to 39.5"). Best for heavier loads at the same working height range as the L22K. If your loads regularly approach or exceed 2,200 lbs, the L44K is the correct step up.

♦ L66K Series -- 6,600 lb capacity. Two platform options: 40" x 59" (travel 9.5" to 48") and 40" x 78" (travel 11" to 60"). Best for the heaviest loads and highest working heights in this series. The 40" x 78" model reaches 60" raised height, the tallest in the ALPHA range.

Within each platform and capacity combination, four voltage options are available: 115 VAC (standard single-phase), 230 VAC (single-phase), 230 VAC (three-phase), and 480 VAC (three-phase). Confirm the voltage and phase available at your installation point before ordering. The 115 VAC version is the most common for standard industrial facilities. Three-phase and 480V options suit facilities with industrial power infrastructure requiring higher-voltage equipment.

Where Bishamon ALPHA Lift Tables Are Most Commonly Used:

♦ Assembly and production workstations -- Raising work-in-process to the correct ergonomic height for each operator and task reduces fatigue across the shift and improves assembly accuracy and throughput.

♦ Packaging and order fulfillment -- Lift tables position cartons, pallets, or totes at the right height for packing, sealing, labeling, and palletizing without repeated bending to floor level.

♦ Pallet loading and unloading -- Staging pallets at truck bed or conveyor height speeds loading and unloading and reduces the physical effort required at the dock or line infeed.

High-cycle manufacturing operations -- The 50,000-cycle-per-year rating on the L22K and L44K models makes them appropriate for continuous-use production environments where lower-rated lift tables wear out prematurely.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What are Bishamon ALPHA electric-hydraulic lift tables designed for?
Bishamon ALPHA electric-hydraulic lift tables are built to raise and position loads at comfortable working heights for production, packing, and maintenance tasks. They help teams handle heavy items with more control and less physical strain. These tables are well-suited for operations that require consistent lifting performance throughout the day. They turn floor-level handling into an ergonomic, efficient workstation.
How does electric-hydraulic lifting improve precision and consistency?
Electric-hydraulic lift tables provide smooth, controlled vertical travel, allowing operators to dial in the exact working height they need. That consistency reduces awkward handling and makes it easier to align parts, cartons, or components during assembly and staging. Controlled lifting also supports safer load positioning, especially when handling fragile goods. In fast-paced environments, precision lifting helps maintain quality and throughput.
Where are these lift tables commonly used in industrial and warehouse settings?
They are often used in manufacturing cells, packaging lines, shipping areas, and maintenance departments. Lift tables support pallet loading, order building, kitting, and workstation feeding, where materials must be presented at an efficient height. They can also improve workflow in areas where carts, pallets, or containers are frequently loaded and unloaded. Anywhere repetitive lifting slows people down, a lift table usually pays for itself in smoother operations.
What makes a lift table a smart ergonomic investment?
A lift table reduces bending, reaching, and manual lifting, which helps protect workers from fatigue and strain. When the load is at the right height, employees can work faster and with better control. Improved ergonomics can also reduce disruptions from discomfort or minor injuries. Over time, the table helps create a safer, more productive standard for how work gets done.
What should you consider when selecting a precision industrial lift table?
Start with the types of loads you handle and how the lift table will be used in the process, such as staging, assembly, or packing. Consider platform size, available floor space, and how materials will be loaded onto and off the table. Also consider the duty cycle and whether you need smoother control for sensitive products or frequent height adjustments. Choosing the right configuration ensures the table becomes a daily productivity tool instead of a workaround.
